Daughter Is Having Cough and Phlegm Problem Regularly

My 2.5 year old daughter is having cough and phlegm problem regularly. We stay near a ceramic factory in UAE. The AC and the weather condition might be the reason.

Because of this problem, her appetite is not good. Please suggest something to clear the congestion in her chest.
