Living With Mantras and Mudras

Can you post Mudras and Mantras for all of us should do every day?

Very nice question!

On waking: while doing Chin Mudra chant “VALLABHAM GAJAANANAM EKA DHANTHAM”

At the time of morning Pooja: Heart Mudra and chant “OM NAMO NAARAYANAAYA”

At the time of having food, before having food, and after having food:  Samaan Mudra, Acceptance Mudra (Pushan Mudra) and chant “OM BOWMAAYA NAMAHA”

At the time of going out to office /school etc: Vyan Mudra (Movement Mudra) and chant “AMBIKA ANADHINIDHANA, ASHWAROODAA, APARAAJITHAA”

At the time of after coming home from doing above duties: Apaan Mudra and chant “NAMASHIVAYAM”

At the time of evening Pooja: Vital Essence Mudra (right hand thumb touching ring and little fingers and left hand thumb touching middle and ring fingers) and chant “HARI NARAYANA GOPALAM,HARI NARAYANA GOVINDAM GOPALAM GOVINDAM”

At the time of going to bed: Pran Mudra and chant “HARI OM”
